City of Gulfport Notice of Adoption of Ordinance Notice is hereby given of the adoption of Ordinance No. 3543, duly adopted and approved by the City Council of the City of Gulfport on November 18, 2025, which is summarized by the following explanatory statement. "This Ordinance amends the City's Code of Ordinances and Official Zoning Map by rezoning certain property generally described as being located North of Beach Drive, South of and adjacent to 16th Street, East of Courthouse Road, and West of and adjacent to Palmetto Lane, should be rezoned from its present classification of T5 (Urban Center Zone) to T4+ (General Urban Zone "Plus"), as more fully set forth in the Ordinance.
