City of Gulfport Notice of Adoption of Ordinance Notice is hereby given of the adoption of Ordinance No. 3544, duly adopted and approved by the City Council of the City of Gulfport on November 18, 2025, which is summarized by the following explanatory statement. "This Ordinance amends the City's Code of Ordinances and Official Zoning Map by rezoning certain property generally described as being located North of and adjacent to 21st Street, South of and adjacent to 22nd Street, East of and adjacent to 24th Avenue, and West of 23rd Avenue, should be rezoned from its present classification of T4L (General Urban Zone "Limited"), T5 (Urban Center Zone) to T5 (Urban Center Zone), as more fully set forth in the Ordinance.
