File: MS22111 SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, on August 21, 2024, Maurice Troop, a single person executed a certain Deed of Trust to Anthony Dunn, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Rocket Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi, on August 26, 2024, as Document Number 2024-0005129-T-J2.
