Legal Notice Request for Qualifications Transportation Engineering and Planning Services Gulf Regional Planning Commission (GRPC) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide transportation engineering and planning services to study traffic safety and access along specific corridors supporting all modes of traffic to and from the Port of Gulfport properties and their surrounding neighborhoods in Gulfport, MS. The GRPC was awarded a USDOT FHWA Safe Streets and Roads For All (SS4A) Supplemental Planning Grant. The study proposes to address the following corridor/intersection segments: 28th Street from 30th Avenue to 39th Avenue, and 34th Avenue from 28th Street to 33rd Street, 30th Avenue from the Port to the off-terminal Port property on 28th Street, and US Hwy 90 from 33rd Avenue to US Hwy 49 north of the deep water Port facility.
