REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES The Jackson County Utility Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications to provide Professional Consulting Services. The Authority intends to enter into a Professional Services Contract with one (or more) survey, architectural, environmental, and/or civil firms on the "as-needed" basis wherein tasks will be defined and agreed by project.
