NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, on April 3, 2007, BECKY JOHNSON executed and delivered a Deed of Trust to Chris Monforton, Trustee for HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, INC., which is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 2622 at Page 636 (Instrument #200727803) in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, INC. appointed G. Martin Warren, Jr. as Substitute Trustee by instrument dated December 28, 2012, and recorded in Deed of Trust Book 3096 at Page 617 (Instrument #201300138) in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, which default has continued for a period of time necessary for the holder to declare the entire unpaid balance immediately due and payable, and HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, INC., the holder of the Deed of Trust as aforesaid, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee so to do, I will on the 22nd day of December, 2025, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, being between the hours of 11:00 o'clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m., at the West front door of the Jackson County Courthouse, Pascagoula, Mississippi, for cash to the highest and best bidder, the following described land and property lying and being situated in the County of Jackson, State of Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: LOT 49, CAMBRIDGE SQUARE SUBDIVISION, PART 3, a subdivision according to the official map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
