You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by OASIS INVESTMENTS, LLC, Plaintiff, seeking confirmation of a tax sale for certain real property located in Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY TAKEN BY MISSISSIPPI TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION AS DESCRIBED IN THOSE DOCUMENTS FILED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBERS 2011-0004445-D-J1 AND 2008-0008667-D-J1, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint to Michael J. Yentzen, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 2205 John Hill Blvd. Bldg 3 Suite D, Gulfport, MS 39501.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NO LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER NOVEMBER 21, 2025, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THE SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT OF DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
