SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
WHEREAS, on June 23, 2022, William Charles Boyles and wife, W. Kaye Harris, as tenants by the entirety with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common executed a certain Deed of Trust to Donald G. Ogden, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for Freedom Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi, on July 1, 2022, as Document Number 2022-0005261-T-J2.
WHEREAS, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, the current holder and/or assignee, substituted Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C. as Trustee by instrument recorded in the Chancery Clerk's Office on November 12, 2025, as Document Number 2025-0007856-T-J2; and
WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee in said deed of trust, will on December 16, 2025 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the main front door of the County Courthouse of Harrison County in Biloxi, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Harrison County, Mississippi, to wit:
Lots 2 and 3, Block 12, Bay Terrace Subdivision, according to the official map or plat thereof on file and of record in Copy Plat Book 3 at Page 17 (Plat Book 12 at Page 22), in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the Second Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi.
ALSO: The West Half of an alley immediately East of said Lots 2 and 3
