That certain parcel of land described as part of Lot 25 of the original survey of the Sarrazin Tract, lying and being in Section 5, Township 8 South, Range 6 West, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Ingalls Avenue and an unopened street designated as Resca De La Palma, run North 8 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 171 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 25 of the original survey of the Sarrazin Tract for a point of beginning, from said point of beginning run North 8 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 186.3 feet; thence South 69 degrees 66 seconds West 153.1 feet, more or less to the West line of Lot 25 of the original: survey of the Sarrazin Tract; thence South 8 degrees 30 minutes East along the West line of Lot 25 to the Southwest corner of Lot 25, thence run East 150 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 25 and the point of beginning. The date the application will be presented to the City Council will be announced during the hearing at the Planning Board.
