King, as Trustee for Trustmark National Bank, now known as Trustmark Bank, as Lender, with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., ("MERS"), as Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of 1st Jud. Dist.
