SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on November 30, 2022, MICHAEL D NEWTON, UNMARRIED AND MEAGAN N CRADDOCK, UNMARRIED executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for PRIMELENDING, A PLAINSCAPITAL COMPANY , its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on December 5, 2022, as Instrument No. 202226525, in Book 3957, Page 275, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to Nationstar Mortgage LLC by assignment recorded in Book 4089, Page 577 as Instrument No. 202414713 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi.
