NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT CITY OF PASCAGOULA CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT Notice is hereby given that the City of Pascagoula is preparing a draft of the 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for public review and comment, and will conduct a public hearing regarding objectives and expenditures for the program year ended September 30, 2025 for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This report is required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and includes a summary of activities that received CDBG funding during the 2024 Program Year. 1. The public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 4:00 PM at City Hall located at 603 Watts Avenue in Pascagoula. 2. The draft CAPER will be available online for public review on the Community Development Department page on the City's website at www.cityofpascagoula.com from November 12 through December 15, 2025. Hard copies will be available Pascagoula City Hall and the Pascagoula Public Library, located at 3214 Pascagoula Street. Written comments will be accepted November 12 through December 15, 2025, and should be emailed to araley@cityofpascagoula.com or mailed to the Community Development Department, P.O. Drawer 908, Pascagoula, MS 39568.
