SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on April 23, 2009, NASTASSIA N MOFFETT, A SINGLE WOMAN executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for AMERICA'S MORTGAGE RESOURCE, INC., A CORPORATION, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on April 28, 2009, as Instrument No. 2009 5802 T-J1, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. by assignment recorded as Instrument No. 2021 7401 T-J1 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi.
