You have been made Defendant in a lawsuit filed in this Court by Lorrie Wright, Petitioner and daughter of JIMMY FRIDAY WRIGHT. The Petition filed against you has initiated a civil action seeking to have MITCHELL WRIGHT, STEVEN WRIGHT, STERLING WRIGHT, GREGORY WRIGHT, and LORRIE WRIGHT adjudicated and decreed by this Court to be the sole and only heirs-at-law of JIMMY FRIDAY WRIGHT, Deceased, as fully set out in the Petition on file.
