NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF 2ND DISTRICT HARRISON WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated August 26, 2021, executed by THOMAS DALEY and SUMMER DALEY conveying certain real property therein described for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Rocket Mortgage, LLC, FKA Quicken Loans, LLC, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of 2nd District Harrison County, Mississippi filed and recorded September 20, 2021, at Instrument Number 2021-0017545-T-J2; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC; and WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee shall, on September 30, 2025 within the lawful hours of sale between 11:00AM and 4:00PM at the South Front Door of the Harrison County Courthouse (2nd Judicial District), 730 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Biloxi, MS 39530 proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in 2nd District Harrison County, Mississippi, to wit: LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HARRISON IN THE STATE OF MS INDEX AS FOLLOWS: A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN CLAIM SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 7 SOUTH, RANGE 9 WEST, D'IBERVILLE, SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, BETTER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH MARGIN OF RACETRACK ROAD AND THE EAST MARGIN OF FIRST AVENUE, SAID POINT BEING EAST 2690.07 FEET AND SOUTH 5200.67 FEET FROM THE NW CORNER OF SECTION 22, THENCE N 0 DEGREES 12'26" W 105.15 FEET ALONG SAID EAST MARGIN OF FIRST AVENUE, THENCE N 89 DEGREES 25'37" E 74.98 FEET, THENCE S 0 DEGREES 12'26" E 194.61 FEET TO THE NORTH MARGIN OF RACETRACK ROAD. THENCE N 40 DEGREES 19'44" W 116.36 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH MARGIN OF RACETRACK ROAD TO THE EAST MARGIN OF FIRST AVENUE AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
