SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on May 24, 2018, Derrick Caples, an unmarried man executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc , its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on June 8, 2018, as Instrument No. 201810864, in Book 3515, Page 852, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC by assignment recorded in Book 3911, Page 735 as Instrument No. 202212050 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi.
