CITY OF BLAINE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BLAINE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that a public hearing for a Zoning Moratorium on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, Blaine City Hall, 435 Martin Street, Suite 4000. City Council meeting agendas are published on the Friday before each meeting.
