Lot 25 (Tract C) is proposed to be served by public water from the Infra Pacific Group-A Water System and proposes to connect to the existing relocated community (OSS) located on Lot 8. The applicant proposes to connect to the existing storm-water infrastructure previously developed under the Binding Site Plans. The project will be reviewed under the State Environmental Policy Act for the alteration of uses, stormwater, and associated infrastructure requirements. The Revised application is for fill and storm water impacts across three lots, proposed Lot 25 and existing Lots 14 and 15.
