A Shoreline Substantial Development Permit is required. Details: Abandon existing sewer holding tank underneath restroom building, install new 1,200-gallon pump tank NE of building with dual pump system and wall-mounted external control panel; install new 9' tall by 9' wide park information kiosk near parking lot sidewalk.
