NOTICE OF WAITLIST OPENING The Bellingham/Whatcom County Housing Authorities (BWCHA) will open the following waiting list to new pre-applications for targeted households at 10:00 AM on August 10th, 2026. Project Based Voucher - City Waiting List 2 Bedroom 3 Bedroom Project Based Voucher – County Waiting List 2 Bedroom 3 Bedroom Public Housing – City Waiting List 3 Bedroom 4 Bedroom Public Housing – County Waiting List 3 Bedroom 4 Bedroom Varsity Village 1 Bedroom 2 Bedroom 3 Bedroom Applications will only be accepted for households who meet Bellingham Housing Authority's occupancy standards for the unit size specified above. Applicants applying for Senior Specific waiting list openings must meet the minimum age requirement of 62 years of age or older for waitlist placement Pre-applications must be submitted online through www.bellinghamhousing.org BWCHA's office is currently open for walk-in appointments located at 333 North Samish Way Bellingham, WA 98225.
