The application was determined complete on 7/8/2026, indicating that all submittal requirements were met. The project site is located at Public Right of Way along Saltspring Dr and Mayne Ln, within Section 8, Township 38N, Range 01E of W.M.; Assessor's Parcel No: Public Right of Way alone Saltspring Dr and Mayne Ln.
