THE WHATCOM COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY, JUNE 25, at 6:00 P.M. REGARDING: Proposed amendments to WCC Titles 20 (Zoning), Title 22 (Land use and Development). This is an annual code amendment wherein Planning and Development Services proposes amendments to clarify code, fix inconsistencies and grammar, and modify or add minor policies. This year's nine proposed code amendments include updates to Title 20 to align with state guidance, new policy allowing air monitoring stations, remove outdated references, modify stormwater requirements, update definitions; changes to Title 22 include modified timelines, and modified procedures for Code Interpretations.
