NOTICE OF INTENT TO PERFORM WORK AND ESTIMATE OF COST In accordance with RCW 39.04.020, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Bellingham has determined that it is necessary and/or advisable that the work described herein is to be performed by means or methods other than by contract. This work includes the demolition and disposal of Warehouse 9; and to restore electrical service to utility pole following demolition by Port day labor. This work will commence on or about July 1, 2026. Work is estimated to be completed on or about September 30, 2026. The estimated cost of the work to be performed is $154,000.00.
