Project Description: The applicant has proposed 55 residential lots in Div 2, Red Mountain Development project, phases one and two. Phase 1 is 26-lots and Phase 2 is 29-lots. The Development Agreement has been withdrawn in anticipation of future zoning changes. The Developer proposes an 11,680 square foot park in the proposed Div 2, phase 1 as identified in the preliminary engineering plans. The proposed subdivision will contain adequate parking, both on-street and onsite, sidewalks for pedestrians, stormwater, access, and infrastructure requirements. The development may contain some multifamily (duplex) development when allowed by zoning.
