Bellingham School District No. 501 Project LED Lighting Retrofits REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS Bellingham School District #501 (the "District") is seeking written proposals from qualified Contractors to provide design/build services for the District pursuant to RCW 39.04.290, Contracts for Building Engineering Systems, for the design and installation of LED lighting at multiple schools in the Bellingham School District. Proposals are due May 14th, 2026 at 3pm.
