Columbia Valley Water District Small Works Roster Columbia Valley Water District is accepting applications for our Small Works Roster. Small works contracts are for public works projects of which the estimated cost of construction and/or services is less than $350,000 and may include new construction and/or repairs of the following: water pipelines and appurtenances, related pumps, mechanical and electrical equipment, street and road work, excavation, earthwork, ditching, drainage and erosion control.
