Proposal: Repair and replace the existing timber bulkhead along the south side of the Marine Drive jetty between Starfish Pier and Jorgensen Pier. Install new sheet pile bulkhead along south side of jetty, underneath Jorgensen Pier, then wrapped around western jetty corner to prevent erosion. The overwater structure will be replaced or repaired to maintain public access and the portion of Marine Drive atop the jetty will be reconstructed and improved.
