The Judgment was entered in favor of the Judgment Creditor: NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, 75 Beattie Place, Suite 300, Greenville, SC, 29601; against UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS AND DEVISEES OF BRANDON C. MANKLE, with a money award in the amount of $350,007.73, plus post judgment interest at the rate of 3.7000% per annum from January 30, 2026 to date of sale, with a per diem of $35.48, and whereas said judgment is a foreclosure without deficiency judgment, eight month redemption period. Any additional amounts as Plaintiff may advance for taxes, assessments, municipal charges and such other items that constitute liens on the property, together with insurance and repairs necessary to prevent the impairment of the security, together with interest thereon from the date of payment may also be added to the Judgment and paid from sale of the Property pursuant to the Judgment in paragraph 3. SITUATE IN WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON. APN/PARCEL NO:3802132451200004; 47242 AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 3368 NORTHWEST AVENUE, UNIT #202, BELLINGHAM, WA 98225 Sale of the property is to satisfy the sum listed above, plus the costs incurred in performing this Order of Sale.
