WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN AGRICULTURAL SHORT SUBDIVISION Notice is hereby given that on August 6, 2025, Pangborn LLC applied for an Agricultural Short Subdivision under case number SSS2025-00009 to subdivide a 116.91 acre parcel within the Agricultural Zone using the Agricultural Short Plat provisions of WCC 20.40.450. The proposed subdivision will create a one acre Farmstead parcel and a 115.91acre agricultural Parcel. The farmstead parcel is developed with a residence.
