NOTICE: ANNOUNCEMENT OF AVAILABILITY OF WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT TO THE CITY OF FERNDALE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Permit No. ST0501368 Applicant: Hempler Foods Group 5470 Nielsen Avenue Ferndale, Whatcom County Hempler Foods Group has applied for a State Waste Discharge permit, in accordance with the provisions of Washington State Water Pollution Control Act Chapter 90.48 Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 173-216 Washington Administrative Code and the Federal Clean Water Act. Following evaluation of the application and other available information, a draft permit has been developed which would authorize the permittee to discharge process wastewater to the City of Ferndale wastewater treatment plant. A final determination will not be made until all timely comments received in response to this notice have been evaluated.
