Contractors shall submit their sealed bid proposals up until TIME __3:45pm__ DATE __3/26/26_ Bidders are cautioned that delivery service to San Juan Island is subject to delays due to inclement weather and ferry service disruptions. Bidders who send their bids to San Juan County via USPS, Fed Ex, UPS or some other carrier shall place their bids in a sealed envelope, to ensure that a sealed bid is received by the County. Bid submissions hand-delivered to the physical address shown above should be deposited in the stainless-steel drop box at the building entrance, prior to the designated bid opening time. At 3:45 the bids will be publicly opened and the names of the submitters identified. Any interested people are invited to be present. Late bids will not be accepted. San Juan County Parks & Fair is requesting bids for construction of the Odlin Park Maintenance Facility located at 148 Odlin Park Road, Lopez Island, WA 98261 and as further described in the bid documents. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the new Maintenance Facility site 148 Odlin Park Rd, Lopez Island, WA 98261. Meeting will be held on TIME __11:30am__ DATE__3/11/26_ at the project site. This online plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off tool.
