SECTION 00 11 00 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Western Washington University is seeking proposals for the following project: Arntzen Hall Starbucks Renovation, PW847, a project involving a renovation of and existing food service space in AH 101 to become a new Starbucks café space on WWU's Main Campus. Scope of work includes selective demolition, adding non-load bearing wall partitions, a new folding security grille, new ceilings, new flooring, casework, finishes, modifications to the existing fire sprinkler system, as well as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC improvements. *The Architect/Engineer's estimate is: $740,000. Voluntary Prebid Conference will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 12th, 2026 in room PP309 at the WWU's Physical Plant (915 26th Street, Bellingham WA 98225).
