CITY OF BLAINE Request for Proposals The City of Blaine ("City") is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing professional services for a comprehensive zoning code, zoning map update, and review of subdivision standards and specifications. Interested firms can obtain a full Request for Proposal package by visiting the City of Blaine's website https://www.ci.blaine.wa.us/m/newsflash/home/detail/1048. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. After considering the submittals, the City will negotiate final terms with the selected party.
