WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that on October 16, 2025, Kayla Kuehn applied for an Administrative Use Permit under case number ADM2025-00027 to authorize the construction of a new 3,008.52 square foot residential garage containing storage space, a 341.48 square foot game room, and a 943.85 square foot secondary residence in the form of a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) pursuant to WCC 20.36.132. The property is currently vacant and is approximately 4.67 acres in size. The applicant is proposing to construct a single-family residence (SFR) in the future.
