NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that pursuant to RCW 84.55.120, the Whatcom County Library System (WCLS) Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on revenue sources, including possible property tax revenue increases, for the 2026 WCLS operating budget, at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the WCLS Administrative Services office, located at 5205 Northwest Dr., Bellingham, WA. Following the public hearing, WLCS Trustees will adopt the 2025 Preliminary Budget.
