SECTION 00 11 00 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Western Washington University is seeking proposals for the following project: BI 350 Lab Renovation, PW841, a project involving a renovation of a single lab in the Biology Building (BI 350) on WWU's Main Campus to create an updated lab space and additional office space. Scope of work includes selective demolition and adding non-load bearing walls, new ceiling, new flooring, casework, as well as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC improvements. *The Architect/Engineer's estimate is: $375,000. Voluntary goals for this project have been established as 10% MBE and 6% WBE. Participation may be either on a direct basis in response to this invitation to bid, or as a subcontractor or supplier.
