NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on October 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Village of Sauget, 2897 Falling Springs Road, Sauget, IL 62206, a public hearing will be held to consider the creation of a Redevelopment Project and Plan (RPP) for the Village of Sauget Tax Increment Financing District #3, pursuant to the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4.1 et seq.). The area to be included is described in the accompanying legal description published with this Notice. The Objective of the RPP is to encourage redevelopment in the area and encourage investment by private parties in said area. A draft of the RPP and a map of the area are on file at the Village Office. At the hearing all interested persons or affected taxing districts, and Illinois DCEO, may file written comments with the Village Clerk, and will be heard orally at this Hearing with respect to any issues about the RPP.
