PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS MAIN COMPLEX KITCHEN AND DINING REMODEL AND CONSTRUCTION Separate sealed bids will be received by Southwestern Illinois College for the Main Complex Kitchen and Dining Remodel and Construction at the Belleville Campus. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Garden Room located in the Belleville Campus Main Complex Cafeteria. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time August 20, 2026 in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex Room 3304, Belleville IL, 62221. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. Bid documents are available by contacting the Purchasing Office at Purchasing@swic.edu. The College reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that in our judgment best serves the interest of the College.
