Sealed bids are to be marked: "BICENTENNIAL PARK TRAIL EXTENSION" and must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office in City Hall, 101 S Illinois Street, Belleville, IL on or before 10:00 AM on July 30, 2026, at which time bids received will be opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
