Purpose of the Meeting: To consider the petitioner's request to amend the zoning classification of Parcel No. 22-1-20-16-11-201-001, commonly known as 2904 Maryville Road, from R-2 Single-Family Residence District to C-4 Central Business Commercial District to allow the establishment and operation of an American-style restaurant.
