The Village of Millstadt will be accepting bids for road paving to be done from: • The intersection of North Monroe Street and West Mill Street to asphalt 249-feet of North Monroe Street curb to curb to the intersection of North Monroe Street and West Washington Street. • The intersection of North Jackson Street and West Mill Street to asphalt 231-feet of North Jackson Street curb to curb to the intersection of North Jackson Street and West Washington Street. • Striping crosswalk and turn lanes on North Jackson Street and crosswalk on North Monroe Street. Mill down 3 inches of oil and chip road – clean up loose material – put 1.5 inches of binder mix down – roll and tamp until sets up – put 1.5 inches of C-Mix asphalt down roll and tamp until sets up.
