Lindsay Trust will apply to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit proposing to install a 483' walkway at the OCRM line to get to deep water open connecting to a proposed 16' x 16' covered pierhead, proposed 12' x 13' boat lift, proposed 4' x 24' walkway and a proposed 10' x 24' float for private use at 26 Sheffield Avenue (Lot 5A) on Chowan Creek.
