Notice of Public Hearing Concerning the Intent of the Board of Education of School District Number 113, St. Clair County, Illinois to Sell Not to Exceed $5,807,876 School Fire Prevention and Safety Bonds and Not to Exceed $1,980,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds Public Notice is Hereby Given that School District Number 113, St. Clair County, Illinois (the "District"), will hold a public hearing on the 23rd day of June, 2026, at 6:30 o'clock P.M. The hearing will be held in the Wolf Branch Middle School, 410 Huntwood Road, Swansea, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,807,876 for the purpose of conforming its existing facilities that house students to the building code promulgated by the State Board of Education of the State of Illinois, by altering, reconstructing and repairing said facilities and having equipment purchased and installed therein and bonds in an amount not to exceed $1,980,000 for the purpose of increasing the working cash fund of the District.
