The Public Hearing will be held in the School Library at Signal Hill School District #181 located at 40 Signal Hill Place, Belleville, Illinois. The hearing will address the proposed permanent transfer of up to $100,000 from the Transportation Fund to the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Fund.
