Bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time June 23, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be held June 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at 2120 West Main Street, Belleville, IL 62226.
