The awarded contractor is required to utilize Minority Business Enterprise(s) (MBE) in the minimum amount of 15% of the total contract value. This Invitation to Bid should not be construed as a commitment of any kind on the part of the Village of Swansea, nor does it commit the Village of Swansea to pay for any costs incurred in the submission of a bid package, nor for any costs incurred prior to the execution of a formal Agreement.
