RESOLUTION RESOLVED, that a Public Hearing be held on the Budget and Annual Appropriation Ordinance for CAHOKIA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027, at the Fire House of Cahokia Fire Protection Association, Inc. at 1400 Doris Avenue, in Centreville Township, St Clair County, Illinois, in said Fire Protection District, at 6:15 o'clock P.M., Central Daylight Savings Time, on the 2nd day July, A. D., 2026; that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of said Fire Protection District will be held at said time and place for the purpose of conducting said public hearing; and that public notice by publication be given as required by law, of said public hearing and of the fact that a tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance will be on file and conveniently available to public inspection at the home of Robert Darnell, Secretary, 1151 Price Street, in Cahokia, Centreville Township, St. Clair County, Illinois, in said Fire Protection District, from and after the 2nd day of July, A. D., 2026. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a regular meeting of said Board of Trustees be held also on the 2n'd day of July, A. D., 2026, at 6:30 o'clock P.M., Central Daylight Savings Time, at said Fire House of Cahokia Fire Protection Association in said Fire Protection District, for the purpose of taking final action on said Budget and Appropriation Ordinance and for the purpose of transacting such other business as may come before the meeting; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that LARRY 0. BROCKMAN, Attorney for said District, prepare a tentative Budget and Annual Appropriation Ordinance for said District for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027, and that said Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance be filed with the Secretary of the District at his home/office, as aforesaid, and be made conveniently available to public inspection as hereinbefore mentioned.
