Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by the proper bid security. Project work includes, but is not limited to, the following: the adaptive reuse of an existing one-story industrial building located along Martin Luther King Drive in East St. Louis, Illinois. The scope of work includes selective demolition, renovation, and a minor addition to the existing structure. Approximately 7,290 square feet of the existing building is to be demolished, 13,760 square feet is to be renovated, and a 1,860 square foot addition is to be constructed on the east side of the building.
