NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Village of East Carondelet, St. Clair County, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for the construction of the PY-2025 WISCONSIN AVE. IMPROVEMENTS until 11:00 a.m. on June 4, 2026 at the office of Gonzalez, 525 West Main Street, Belleville, Illinois 62220. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 a.m. on June 4, 2026. The sealed bids must be delivered to the Gonzalez Companies Office, during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening time. The Contract Documents, including Contract Drawings and Specifications, are on file at the office of Gonzalez Companies, LLC 525 West Main Street, Belleville, IL 62220. The work to be done under this contract consists of the pulverization of the existing Oil Mat Surfacing, preparation of the subbase material including shaping and compacting; installation of 3" of asphaltic cement concrete. Work shall include 2' wide aggregate shoulders on both sides; and interconnection of the new pavement to existing driveways.
