NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Governing Board of the Belleville Area Special Services Cooperative in the County of St. Clair, State of Illinois, that: 1. an amended FY26 Budget to include Local Assessment, Instructional Programs, Related Services, IDEA Part B Flow Through, IDEA Part B Preschool and ESSER III and 2. an FY27 Budget to include Local Assessment, Instructional Programs, Related Services, IDEA Part B Flow Through, and IDEA Part B Preschool for this special education joint agreement for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 will be on file and conveniently available for public inspection at the Belleville Area Special Services Cooperative office, 2411 Pathways Crossing, Belleville, Illinois, from and after 8:00 a.m. on the 15th of May 2026.
